Dr. Khatib leads the medical team here at Thrive Medical as our head chief physician and medical director. His experience in primary care, hospital medicine, point of care ultrasound, anti-aging, & regenerative medicine gives him a unique approach to various ailments and conditions, combining traditional medical practice with the new technologies of precision medicine. Dr. Khatib believes that only by utilizing all our available tools and knowledge can we truly offer patients optimized medical care, and allow them to live their best lives.

Caitlyn Tiedemann is a board-certified Doctor of Nursing Practice and office manager at Thrive Medical. She is a Buffalo native and obtained her bachelor’s and doctoral degree from the University at Buffalo. With over 6 years of experience in hospital-based medicine as a critical care nurse, Caitlyn has developed a deep understanding of patient care and clinical operations. Her transition to a nurse practitioner role at Thrive Medical signifies her dedication to providing comprehensive healthcare services. Working closely with Dr. Khatib, she plays a crucial role in ensuring that Thrives clients receive personalized care and support to achieve their health goals. Caitlyn’s professional interests in mental health, nutrition, and exercise science highlight her well rounded approach to patient care. These interests are not only integral to her practice but also indicate her commitment to integrating wellness and preventative care into Thrive Medical’s services.
